Ordering

To order Jack Allen Contact Lenses by E mail, please take the following steps:-

1. Click on our e mail link:- jackallen@optician.com

2. From here you have two options for ordering:

- a) Give all prescription details of lenses required.

Upon receipt of your e mail we will confirm the order by return e mail and proceed  to make your lenses.

- b) Give all details of patients readings ie K readings, Spectacle Rx ,Vertex Distance, Preferred Overall Diameter, Preferred Material.

 We will then design a back surface structure and front surface prescription from given details and email you for your confirmation of manufacture of the lenses, or, if you wish to alter the design in any way we will incorporate your changes into the lens design
